I have a theory about burritos that goes something like this:
Anything can go into a burrito.
I am a dedicated fan of the standards- beans and rice, carne asada, or chile verde. However, I needed something more recently. After a long meditation (my car ride home) I settled on attempting greatness in the form of chicken alfredo burrito.
I'm certain that some stoner out there beat me to this creation but still I'm pretty damn proud. As for a recipe I think you can figure out how it goes: chicken, alfredo sauce, cheese, and tortilla. Wrap and serve.
The door that has opened will not soon be shut. I have plans, oh yes, I have plans. More to come I promise. Until then, enjoy yourself a heart attack in tortilla.
